Dye sublimated lanyards
Full-color printing that becomes part of the strap. Heat opens the polyester fibers so the dye sinks in, then the fibers close around it as they cool, leaving a smooth, highly detailed full-color finish.
Photographs, gradients and multicolor logos all print in full color on flat 5/8", 3/4" or 1" webbing. For a single-color imprint on a soft round cord at our lowest prices, see tubular lanyards.

PRICE PER UNIT · USD · BY WIDTH AND QUANTITY
Pricing includes a full-color dye sublimated imprint. Minimum order is 150 pieces. Attachments beyond the four no-charge parts and the free safety breakaway are added per unit, between $0.05 and $0.18 depending on webbing width.

Send us photos of a finished order and we will add them here. Every one of these starts as free artwork and a proof.
Specify dye sublimated when
- Artwork is a photograph or uses gradients and color blends.
- The logo has more colors than a spot-color print can hold.
- You want full color on a flat strap, with room for a longer name.
- Sponsor or event artwork needs to run in full color along the strap.
Specify something else when
- Unit price is the deciding factor and one imprint color is enough. Specify tubular instead.
- The logo is one or two solid colors. Specify polyester instead.
- Lanyards will be worn daily for years and must not scuff. Specify woven instead.
- You need fewer than 150 pieces. Polyester, woven, tubular and nylon start at 100.
