Nylon lanyards

A tight satin weave with a slight sheen. Its smooth satin face shows more fine detail than any other material we run, and it has the heaviest hand feel. Specify it when the lanyard is part of a gift or a premium credential.

The smooth satin face takes silkscreen ink cleanly, so thin lines, small type and detailed logos stay sharp, and the finish catches the light. It sits at the higher end of the range at low quantities, then converges with the others above 2,000 pieces.

Pricing includes stock color with one color imprint. Additional colors and custom dyed lanyards are subject to additional fees. Attachments beyond the four no-charge parts and the free safety breakaway are added per unit, between $0.05 and $0.18 depending on webbing width.

Specify nylon when

The lanyard is a gift, an award credential or an executive badge.
The logo is highly detailed or carries a lot of small text.
A heavier, smoother hand feel is worth a few cents per unit.
Quantity is 2,000 or more, where the price gap closes.

Specify something else when

Budget is the deciding factor at 100 to 500 pieces. Specify polyester or tubular instead.
Artwork is photographic or uses gradients. Specify dye sublimated instead.
The strap must resist years of abrasion. Specify woven instead.
You need 1/2" at under 500 pieces. That width starts at 500.
