Woven lanyards

The artwork is woven into the webbing as colored thread rather than printed on top of it, so it cannot scuff, crack or wash off over years of daily wear.

Because the image is built from threads, detail is limited by the weave: nothing finer than about 14pt type, no fine serifs, no photographic art. Simple wordmarks and bold logos come out clean, and they outlast every other material we run.

Pricing includes stock color with one color imprint. Additional colors and custom dyed lanyards are subject to additional fees. Attachments beyond the four no-charge parts and the free safety breakaway are added per unit, between $0.05 and $0.18 depending on webbing width.

Specify woven when

Lanyards will be issued once and worn daily for years.
The design is a simple wordmark or bold logo with no fine detail.
Abrasion resistance matters more than color accuracy.
You want a textured, higher-perceived-value strap.

Specify something else when

The logo has small type, thin strokes or a registered mark. Specify nylon or polyester instead.
Artwork is photographic or multi-color. Specify dye sublimated instead.
You need an exact Pantone match. Specify polyester or nylon instead.
Budget is the deciding factor at 100 to 500 pieces, where polyester is cheaper.
